CareFirst AI — Support

The CareFirst AI platform is operated by CuraNova Global Med LLP and delivered through two applications:

CareFirst (almas.carefirst) — the patient-facing app used by members of the public to request emergency response.
CareFirst Driver (ai.curanova.carefirst.driver) — the responder-facing app used by ambulance crew during their shift.

In a real emergency, do not wait for app support. Call your local emergency number or your hospital's emergency line directly. This page is for help with the app, not for dispatching an ambulance.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

Which app you are using (CareFirst patient or CareFirst Driver).
Your device model and operating system version (for example, iPhone 14, iOS 18).
A short description of the problem and, if possible, what you were doing when it happened.
The partnered hospital you are registered with (for example, ALMAS Hospital, Kottakkal).

Response times

We aim to acknowledge support emails within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00 IST, excluding public holidays) and to resolve most issues within a few working days.
